Introduction to Structural Bioinformatics with DeepView

This module will introduce undergraduate students to structural bioinformatics using DeepView. Structural bioinformatics is a subfield of bioinformatics that centers on the structural aspects of protein and RNA sequences. DeepView is a free macromolecular visualization tool that enables the user to manipulate and analyze protein, DNA, and RNA 3D structures.
